WELCOME TO FUSION!
You're invited to FUSION, an intensive training weekend for pastors, youth and children's leaders, including those serving in Christian education and camping ministry. FUSION will focus on the priority of this young harvest generation, referred to as millennials, and how they can be skillfully woven into the fabric, life, leadership and mission of the congregation.
During the general sessions, keynote speakers will present on the topics of: Millennials and their Possibilities, Millennials in Leadership, and Millennials and Mission. These general sessions will be followed by a process session where you, the pastor, and your young harvest ministry team will work together to assess your young harvest strategy and develop a young harvest agenda for your local church. The breakout sessions will be ministry specific (pastoral leadership, youth, children).
