You may have heard, or possibly even asked these questions. Are we going to have service after service with no end or purpose? Why do I have to do it all? Why is it when we have fun things, the house is full, but with serious things, it empties? Why do people visit, but not stay? Why do my people complain about how they are being fed (or not being fed at all)? Growth comes from two things: 1) Qualified Leadership, and 2) Vision/Purpose. This class will offer a grid that will help address these issues.
