New Pastor at Alexander City

The Benning Family has moved from Mountain View, Missouri to take up the pastoral at Alexander City, Alabama. We welcome Brother John Paul, Sister Nicole and their children back to the great state of Alabama.

Update On Ministry

Brother William D. Butler, pastor at Bayou La Batre did well during surgery this morning. Looks like he will not have follow up treatment. Thank God.

We visited Brother Jim Williams last evening and the doctor told him "he has been given a second chance." With the bleeding from the nose this relieved a greater threat to another area of the body. We all thank God for looking out for him. His blood pressure is still up and they are doing some tests today.... so keep remembering him and the family in your prayers.

Mentone Parsonage Burning

Mentone parsonage has been destroyed by fire today. Pastor Dean Clair reports "no injuries but it is a total loss." Pray for this local church and pastor.

New Pastor

Bishop Bob Garman and his wife Shirley have been appointed to Collinsville, Alabama. The Garmans moved last week from Mississippi and had their first service Sunday, the 7th. We welcome the Garmans to Alabama.
